Question Jun 30, 2015:

Dear Phil,

thank you for your answer, but it did not fix my login problem.
Instead it brings up another question.
Since when are you again allowing the usage of third party software, because recently you have been closing a huge amount of accounts for using such software.

And with the new acceptance of third party software usage, are you now again allowing the transferring of play money chips between accounts ?

What happens if I start depositing real money, will you close my account and confiscate my money because many other users are complaining you have referred to your game fairness policy, and claimed you do not allow the use of such software?

Answer Jul 1, 2015:

Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

There are few software's that are accepted at our tables. Caddy is one of the acceptable software on our tables.

Please note any software you use at our tables are always under security check by our Game Fairness and Security team.

In case you have further questions, we will be more than happy to assist you. We are available 24/7.

Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site.
